Hopefully the third time will be the charm for Warsaw’s tornado siren testing. The Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory announced today it will again test the tornado sirens in the city on Monday.
The siren was moved recently from the former city hall on Market Street to Warsaw/Wayne Fire Station 1. Due to the move and some needed repairs, testing has occurred twice so far. At approximately 9:30 a.m. on Monday, the siren will be tested once more. It may be necessary for the siren to start and stop multiple times to make sure it is working properly.
Citizens are asked to be aware of the testing.
