At 11:37 a.m. Central Dispatch received a call from Zimmer security of a possible bomb threat at Zimmer Plant 5. Police, fire, and EMS responded.
Zimmer was evacuated and Zimmer management and supervisors did a thorough search of the interior and exterior of the building, finding nothing of consequence. A message was written in a bathroom stall, that advised that a bomb would go off before 4 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, (not exact wording).
Zimmer advised that employee’s would be allowed back in building at 4:30 p.m. The threat remains under investigation by Warsaw Police Department.
