UPDATE (1:05 p.m.): According to a Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department deputy at the scene, a single passenger vehicle slid off the road just south of the intersection of SR 25 and CR 100S. One occupant was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital by Multi-Township EMS.

KCSD and Warsaw Fire Department assisted at the scene. The road was temporarily closed in the area of the accident, but has since reopened.
Initial Report (12:07 p.m.): Emergency personnel are currently responding to an accident located on SR 25 and CR 100S.
The accident reportedly involved a single vehicle.
