The Indiana Department of Transportation announces that tomorrow, Jan. 16, weather permitting, SR 15 is scheduled for intermittent restrictions approximately 3 miles north of U.S. 30, near Leesburg.
INDOT will be replacing sensors in the roadway. The work will take place in the SR 15 southbound lane from approximately 9 a.m. until noon, and in the northbound lane from approximately noon until 5 p.m.
Motorists should be aware of single-lane traffic in the work zone, under the direction of flaggers. Drivers should be prepared to slow down and stop. All work is weather permitting. Work is expected to be complete by 5 p.m. tomorrow.
INDOT reminds drivers to use caution and consider worker safety when driving through a construction zone.
