Showing pornographic materials and explaining the sex acts to an 8-year-old boy has led to felony charges against a 32-year-old Warsaw man.
Blaine Adam Elliott, 32 of 502 N. Parker St., Warsaw, was arrested Monday on two felony charges of disseminating pornographic materials to a minor.
Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department Detective JD Ayres investigated the case when it was brought to his attention by the mother of the 8-year-old child. According to the probable cause affidavit, Elliott had been showing the boy movies of adult males and females having sexual intercourse and other sex act since October 2011 until it was finally discovered in December 2013.
The victim told Det. Ayres Elliott would show him the pornographic movies on an iPad or his cell phone. During his interview, Elliott said the boy had seen a pictured of his naked girlfriend on his phone and that his iPad does contain a lot of pornographic materials. Elliott did not admit to showing the boy anything.
Elliott is charged with one Class C and one Class D felony. He was being held in the Kosciusko County Jail without bond.
