One-person was injured in a three-vehicle accident on North SR 15 at West CR 400N, Warsaw. The accident was at 5:45 p.m. Monday, Nov. 17.
Matthew S. Sherman, 30, North Lake Street, Warsaw, complained of pain to his neck and was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital.
According to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department. Stacey L. Beers, 41, West 300N, Cromwell, had looked away from the roadway and when she looked up she saw a vehicle driven by Sherman had stopped and was attempting to turn west.Beers vehicle struck the back of the Sherman vehicle, causing it to spin hitting the side of a vehicle driven by Amber M. Hackworth, 26, West 800N, Roann.Damage estimated up to $10,000.
Initial: Multi Township EMS and Leesburg Fire are currently responding to an accident on SR 15 near the intersection of CR 400N.
The three-vehicle collision reportedly resulted in one person being injured. The individual has been transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital.
