At approximately 5:15 p.m. on Aug. 26, Warsaw Police Department and MTEMS responded to a mo-ped accident on Hickory Street near the intersection of Market Street.
According to WPD officers at the scene, a woman was driving her mo-ped over the railroad tracks on Hickory Street. The tire of the mo-ped became lodged in the railroad tracks, and threw the driver from the mo-ped.
The female was transported by EMS to Kosciusko Community Hospital. WPD reports no damage to the tracks.
