The Indiana Department of Transportation announces that SR 19 between Lincoln Street and Randolph Street in Nappanee is scheduled to close on Monday morning, Aug. 25, as CXS rebuilds their railroad crossing.
The work, which will improve the driving surface for motorists, is expected to be complete by the evening of Friday, Aug. 29, weather permitting.
The official detour is SR 19 to Indiana Avenue to Jackson Street and U.S. 6.
