Warsaw police and fire crews were called to the parking lot area near the Warsaw License Branch for reports of a vehicle nearly submerged in water. A 911 call placed to dispatch noted people were inside the vehicle yelling for help.
Warsaw Police arriving first on scene reported the subjects were able to get out of the vehicle.
Heavy rain is causing lots of flooding and standing water issues tonight throughout Kosciusko County. Please be careful when traveling and never attempt to drive through flood waters as the pavement underneath may be washed away.
As of today, no police report was available.
